As a subsidiary of Minato48° Austria, CC4 is part of a corporate group that is currently aligning its structures with its ambitious growth plans. With the rebranding from TSPD to Minato48° now complete, the Group’s new shared umbrella brand is also clearly visible externally.

At the same time, the organisational foundation is being further strengthened. In addition to organic growth and targeted acquisitions, a key focus is on establishing central group functions in a professional and future-oriented manner.

To support this development, two key positions have been filled: Asya Kochevska as Head of Human Resources and Marvi Konci as Head of Accounting & Controlling.

Asya Kochevska Takes on Group-Wide HR Responsibility

As Head of Human Resources, Asya Kochevska is responsible for the entire HR function of Minato48° Austria and therefore also for key people-related topics across the Group.

Kochevska has extensive experience in human resources management. Her most recent professional positions include roles at Pochtler Industrie Holding of the iSi Group and at the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen, part of the Verkehrsbüro Hospitality Group.

“My focus is on establishing professional and consistent HR structures across the Group, digitalising processes and positioning HR as a strategic partner. At the same time, I see great potential in Minato48° as an employer. We live by values that others often only talk about. That is exactly what I want to make visible and use to position Minato48° as a strong and authentic employer brand,” says Asya Kochevska.

Asya Kochevska is married and the mother of a two-year-old daughter and a seven-year-old son. Her children are her greatest motivators – as is her husband, with whom she has now shared almost half of her life. She enjoys spending her free time with her family as well as playing tennis and volleyball.

Marvi Konci Takes Responsibility for Accounting and Controlling

Minato48° Austria is also strengthening its group-wide structures in the finance area. Marvi Konci is taking over responsibility for accounting and brings many years of experience from the tax advisory sector. Most recently, he worked at Astoria Steuerberatung GmbH as an accountant and financial statement specialist.

“Against the backdrop of the Group’s planned growth and future acquisitions, efficient and well-coordinated structures in accounting and controlling are becoming increasingly important across the organisation,” says Marvi Konci, describing the focus of his new role.

Outside of work, Konci has been in a happy relationship for 17 years and is the father of an eleven-year-old son. Football plays a major role in their shared free time: as a passionate football fan, he regularly accompanies his son to training sessions and matches in Austria and abroad – and jokingly refers to him as his favourite player.

Stronger Group Structures for the Next Stage of Development

“With Minato48°, we have not only established a new umbrella brand, but also created the framework for the next stage of our Group’s development. Our announced growth strategy is already being implemented. This also means continuing to develop our internal structures so that they can grow alongside the Group. With Asya Kochevska and Marvi Konci, we have been able to fill two key functions with experienced professionals,” explains CEO Ernst Schöny.
