Dual leadership in operational management drives growth and market leadership

CC4 sets the course for further growth and expansion of its market leadership in Austria: The management team implements dual leadership in operational management.

With this strategic decision, CC4 is specifically strengthening the areas of sales & customer care and operations in order to meet increasing market demands even more effectively and in a more customer-specific manner. “The restructuring of operational management is an important step in responding to the rapid business development of recent years and, above all, in keeping pace with our ambitious growth targets,” emphasizes CC4 CEO René Rubant. ” And above all, it sends a strong signal to our customers that we will continue to focus on the highest quality and reliability in customer service in the future.”

Christian Kaspar becomes new Head of Operations

With Christian Kaspar, CC4 gains an experienced operations expert. Kaspar brings more than 35 years of management experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry to the table – both as a top manager and in an advisory capacity.

His comprehensive expertise and management experience in the areas of process control, efficiency improvement, and operational scaling will play a central role in the further growth of CC4 in the future. “I look forward to further expanding CC4’s innovative strength and sustainability and, together with the team, aligning the operational structures specifically for further growth,” emphasizes Christian Kaspar with regard to his new role.

In his private life, Christian Kaspar has been married for 30 years, is the father of an adult daughter, and is the proud grandfather of two grandchildren.


Michael Emele takes over as Head of Sales & Customer Care

Michael Emele has been an integral part of the company for around seven years and has played a decisive role in the highly successful development of CC4. In addition, he has more than 20 years of professional experience in sustainable IT lifecycle management.

His career at CC4 began in Operations Management, where he implemented central processes that today form the basis for the company’s stable scalability. In doing so, he also laid the foundation for the company’s successful ISO certification, in which he played a leading role. CC4 is triple-certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.

In his new role, the focus is on further strengthening customer loyalty as well as targeted new customer acquisition and project acquisition. He is also responsible for the sale of refurbished IT equipment via the CC4 web shop and for supporting wholesale partners.
