Christian Kaspar to Become New Head of Operations
With Christian Kaspar, CC4 is gaining an experienced operations expert. Kaspar brings more than 35 years of management experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry—both as a top manager and in an advisory capacity.
His comprehensive expertise and management experience in the areas of process control, efficiency improvement, and operational scaling will play a central role in CC4’s continued growth. “I look forward to further expanding CC4’s innovative strength and sustainability and, together with the team, strategically aligning the operational structures for further growth,” emphasizes Christian Kaspar regarding his new role.
In his personal life, Christian Kaspar has been married for 30 years, is the father of an adult daughter, and the proud grandfather of two grandchildren.
Michael Emele Takes Over as Head of Sales & Customer Care
Michael Emele has been an integral part of the company for about seven years and has played a decisive role in shaping CC4’s highly successful development from an operational perspective. In addition, he has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of sustainable IT lifecycle management.
His career at CC4 began in the Operations department, where he implemented key processes that today form the basis for the company’s stable scalability. In doing so, he also laid the foundation for the company’s successful ISO certification, in which he played a leading role. CC4 is triple-certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.
In his new role, the focus is on further strengthening customer loyalty as well as targeted new customer acquisition and project acquisition. He is also responsible for the sales of refurbished IT devices via the CC4 web shop and for supporting wholesale partners.
