Strategic milestone for our group of companies
As part of the TSPD Group, we at CC4 are delighted to announce an important next step in our development:
The investment company VTC is joining our group of companies as a new majority shareholder.

For us at CC4, this alliance means one thing above all else:
Strengthening our growth strategy, additional resources, and a strong partner with decades of experience in the SME sector at our side.
As part of its strategic development, the TSPD Group will operate under the Minato48° brand in the future. The operating companies will remain independently positioned—CC4 will remain CC4. Our clear focus on IT remarketing, the circular economy, and sustainable IT lifecycle solutions remains unchanged.
A strong signal for CC4 and the entire group
To specifically strengthen the growth course, our CC4 Managing Director René Rubant will now take over the management of the newly aligned group holding company together with Ernst Schöny, the founder of the holding company.
